The ISI Pack Verify Station confirms that your pickers have picked the right product, in the right quantity, for the right order.
ISI Pack Verify
is primarily used in environments where a WMS is not cost effective
or does not deliver all the necessary functionality.
Products can
be scanned or keyed in at an order or batch level to insure pick
accuracy.
The station can also be configured to process ASN orders triggered on an order by order, or by client basis. Compliant labels are generated at the box or shipment level, and a detailed shipment information file is generated for upload through EDI.
Pack Verify stations can be run in stand-alone or integrated with automatic diversion equipment for faster throughput. Integration back to the ERP/WMS system can be configured in a direct or batch process mode.
