Reitmans is Canada's largest retailer of apparel and accessories for women and men with a heritage dating back to 1926. The Reitmans chain consists of over 900 stores coast to coast and inlcude banners such as Penningtons, Addition Elle, SmartSet, RW & Co., Thyme Maternity and Cassis.

A client since 2001, Reitmans uses ISI's freight management and shipping solutions (marketed under the Imagine brand) to manage their store replenishment and mail room shipping. Integrated with the company's PeopleSoft ERP, the ISI solution provides flow through of shipping into the financial accounting module to manage carrier accounts and expense distribution.
